Welcome to Pavitra Gyaan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of any Vedic puja, havan, jaap or related ritual service ("Services") offered through it. By booking a Service or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pavitra Gyaan is a digital spiritual platform that connects devotees with verified Vedic Pandits to perform authentic rituals on their behalf, using a personalised Sankalp (name, Gotra and intention). We coordinate temple bookings, ritual scheduling, video documentation and Prasad delivery as part of this service.
When you book a Service, you agree to provide accurate information, including the devotee's name, Gotra (if known), intention, preferred date, and delivery address for Prasad. Pavitra Gyaan is not responsible for errors in ritual performance arising from incorrect information supplied at the time of booking.
All bookings are confirmed subject to Pandit and temple availability for an appropriate Muhurat. Where your preferred date cannot be honoured, our support team will offer the nearest available alternative.
Our Services consist of the facilitation and performance of traditional Vedic rituals. While our Pandits are verified for training and temple experience, and every ritual is performed with sincerity and complete Vedic vidhi, Pavitra Gyaan makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, results, or life changes arising from any Service. Vedic ritual practice is a matter of faith and tradition; it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
Prices displayed at the time of booking are inclusive of the ritual, Sankalp, samagri (offerings), video documentation and standard domestic Prasad delivery, unless stated otherwise. International Prasad delivery may incur additional shipping charges, communicated prior to confirmation. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
You may reschedule a booked Service up to 48 hours before the scheduled Muhurat at no additional cost. Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Once a ritual has been performed, it cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or reversed.
Video and photographic documentation of your specific ritual is provided within 24 hours of completion, subject to network and processing conditions. Prasad is packed and dispatched via courier, typically within 5–7 business days; delivery timelines for international addresses may vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misrepresent your identity or the identity of any devotee on whose behalf a Sankalp is offered. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your bookings.
All content on this website — including text, imagery, design, and the Pavitra Gyaan name and logo — is the property of Pavitra Gyaan and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavitra Gyaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services, including any perceived shortfall between ritual intention and life outcome. Our total liability in respect of any single booking is limited to the amount paid for that Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
