• Basic technical data such as browser type and device information, used to keep our website functioning smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Coordinate and perform your booked ritual with the correct Sankalp.
• Communicate booking confirmations, Muhurat scheduling, and delivery updates.
• Send your video and photo documentation once the ritual is complete.
• Ship Prasad to your specified address.
• Improve our Services, respond to support queries, and maintain website security.

We do not use your Sankalp details, name or Gotra for marketing purposes, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share It With

Your Sankalp details (name, Gotra, intention) are shared only with the specific Vedic Pandit assigned to perform your ritual — never with any other party. Delivery details are shared only with our courier partners for the purpose of shipping Prasad. Payment details are handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your personal information, both in transit and at rest. Access to devotee Sankalp details is restricted to the operations team member coordinating your specific booking and the assigned Pandit.

5. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to remember your session and preferences (such as items in progress in a booking flow). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking and Sankalp records for as long as necessary to fulfil your Service and comply with applicable tax and legal record-keeping requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
