We understand that plans change, and we want you to book your ritual with complete confidence. This policy explains when a refund applies, and how to request one.
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled Muhurat. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled ritual are eligible for a 50% refund, as temple and Pandit arrangements are typically finalised at this point.
If your plans change but you'd still like the ritual performed, you may reschedule to the next available auspicious Muhurat at no additional cost, any time up to 48 hours before your original booking — simply contact our support team.
Once a Pandit has performed your ritual, the Service has been fully delivered and is non-refundable, as temple time, Pandit fees, and samagri (offerings) have already been committed on your behalf. This applies even if video documentation or Prasad delivery is still in progress.
If your Prasad is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe (accounting for customs delays on international orders), please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a reshipment or partial refund of the delivery-related charge, as appropriate.
If a ritual could not be performed due to an error on our part — for example, a temple or Pandit scheduling failure — you are entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduling, whichever you prefer.
Email support@pavitragyaan.com with your booking reference number and the reason for your request. Our support team, available 8 AM – 10 PM IST, will confirm eligibility and next steps within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
